		<description>serve a vedere se un vettore costruito è funzionante. nel vettore puoi mettere il gene che vuoi per fare una prova di funzione ed è più comodo inserire nel costrutto qualcosa che produca un fenotipo molto visibile per avere la certezza che il vettore sia stato costruito e trasferito con successo. ovviamente lo scopo finale della ricerca sarà un altro, ma in questo modo ci si assicura che la prima parte degli studi è andata a buon fine.</description>

		<description>Very nice, thanks.  Have you thought about using rsync instead of tar?  rsync works well as an improved copy command.  I&#039;m not sure how you would get passwords into the pipe for the nifty progress bar but it would be nice to be able to copy over a network like this.</description>
